The details on this bust are really nice. My only comments would be in regards to the likeness. The chin and jawline appear too large to me.~Gary
 
It is a nice likeness, and certainly he's 'Teutonic' to the nth degree, but I have to agree with Gary - the chin and jaw are too wide. And I have to add - his hat is too small and the ears look too large. I would like to know what portrait the sculptor used and what year the portrait was done. Obviously his features changed over the years. The Hindenburg of 1930 was not the Hindenburg of 1917. I think Ludendorff would have been a more interesting choice.

I realize it's pretty easy for me to criticize. I certainly couldn't have come anywhere near as close as Mr. Lindfors.

I've actually seen this one in person (Gunnar is a good friend of mine) and it is very nice, I had forgotten it was going into production, I am certainly getting this one.
