In Alpine Miniature's 1/16th scale range of figures comes their newest figure depicting a Modern day USMC sniper. Cast in a light gray resin and complete with 2 optional heads to chose from as well as a highly detailed sniper rifle and scope.

Packaged in a sturdy green cardboard box all parts are sealed in a zip-lok bag and wedged between layers of foam to protect the parts from damage during shipping. The bottom photo above shows all the parts out of the bags for inspection.

Above you have the four sides of each optional head. Both having clear crisp detail with just the casting block to remove prior to painting.

Conclusion:
An outstanding figure in both sculpting and casting. The crispness of detail and the flawless casting makes this a Highly recommended + figure.

i must say i was a bit underwhelmed by this release but its growing on me :) and the head with the wooly hat is really whats making it work for me...

I agree.

I was a bit concerned by the bipod legs in the box top photos when I first saw them, they look solid. But I see they have captured the correct perforated style in the production kit.
