Monk Warrior - Pegaso

Here are some shots of a figure I've just completed. I reworked the face on mine for a different expression than the original Pegaso kit. It was alot of fun to paint. A real challenged in painting white. I used mostly acrylics with some oils used on the leather straps and ground work. Thanks for looking!

Beautiful piece and groundwork. I've only recently started reading about the Northern crusades. What does that heradrly represent?

Thanks. The figure represents a Germanic Monk from the Order of the Brothers of the Sword. Their heraldic design is described as two crossed, red swords.
