Great selection of pics Steve, that Ronald McDonald must have inspired the Pegaso bust below I reckon.
But doesn't the statue of Liberty look like a real surly bitch close up....never seen that before.
And as Miro said that Animal therapy 1956 pic is great and makes you realise it's not such a great new idea in health care but it's been around with some carers since 1956....good one.
Again a terrific selection, who knows we may still need those gas proof prams again...cheers mate.

Wow, you're right there!!....It's obviously no mistake that the Elvis picture immediately followed the Liberty one....well spotted Peter!
You're right though, the likeness is an absurd happenstance and a bizarre unlikely convergence of two American iconic images.
