Here is another classic figure from Poste Militarie in red armor. It is painted in artist oil. The armor is a custom mixed of red enamel.

I like your painting very much! The horse the armour... fantastic! Only the face... I think you should do something with the eyes. They look a little big, and they give the face a "gremlinish" look! Perhaps if you tone the upper eyelashes... Anyway that's only my opinion. (between us i'm not better at all)

Thanks for the comment. Regarding the eyes. I too also find it looks abit big when I view the pictures. But on the figure itself it looks fine. I guess something to do with the lighting and the camera.
