Here is something that I recently finished up, it’s a tribute bust of my dad Joe Hudson Sr for his birthday today.

This represents him during his 2nd tour to Vietnam in 1968. A good friend of mine was able to capture his likeness from this one old black & white screenshot I had from the computer. It was then beautifully printed by good friend Mike Meyer at Rise 3D Printing.

I used Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl, a few AK-Interactive along with a few different airbrush Createx colors paints to paint it.

I was extremely happy to have him here visiting and I was able to present it to him in person.

It’s 200mm Kevin. Thank again so very much.

I was late to see this bust. Incredible work. The likeness is uncanny. Glad your dad survived his service.
