Hi!
Did anyone have seen this movie: The white tiger?
I like very much the new Russian cinema and this movie with his history left me very curious.

Sinopse:
"Great Patriotic War, early 1940s. After barely surviving a battle with a mysterious, ghostly-white Tiger tank, Red Army Sergeant Ivan Naydenov becomes obsessed with its destruction."

Gerard, when I was seeing if subtitles were synchronized saw some T34/85, maybe is early 40`s... :)

Yes. The tiger is made of a Russian tank and i think is the movie negative point.

Already figured that.. even on Spielberg's Saving Priv. Ryan, the tiger tank of the final sequence was a converted T34, also the same with Kelly's heroes Tigers...
just try to keep the historical accuracy apart for a while, or you won't enjoy the movie

In this particular movie all stuff regarding tanks and all weaponry are very realistic, even the uniforms etc...
The tiger tank looks, for watcher, and for the main characters, as a supreme entity from hell, he disappears mysteriously and returns only to be found when he engaging the enemies, lots of imagination on a very good movie.
Recommend!

Looks better than some of those "found a bunker full of undead SS" films I have had the misfortune to see. :hungover:
