My first bust - Roman Centurion WIP

This is a 200mm Roman Centurion resin from Verlinden. Any suggestions are welcome.

Basecoat - Tamiya Flat Red & Flat Black (3:1)
Highlight - W&N Winsor Red
Shadow - W&N Winsor Red & Lamp Black (3:1)

Yea, I am working on it. Red is harder than I thought.

Hey buddy nice piece, you should try to use an oil basecoat besides the acrilic one, your highlighs needs more ligh lol try adding a little naples yellow to your mix, just my opinion

Edson - I tried your suggestion and it turned out pink...lol. I used orange instead.

always shade down red. Don't use too much highlight with other colours. The pure colour should be the highlight
