My first sculpt...

Hi everyone,
my first sculpt, it stands about 90mm tall and was sculpted in Plastilene, and cast in resin.

I'd be more than interested to hear your comments and critique.

Thanks Carl, I'd done a few basic conversions to figures, and a couple of 1/2 scale busts 15 or so years ago, but no sculpts/modelling at all since then. This was my first attempt at anything like this scale.

What putty did you sculpt the master in ?

Thanks for the positive responses. The original was in Chavanr "le beau touche" plasteline.

Steve, you sculpt is super! Especially well done hair-dress! How do you make that?

Thanks Dimonikus, glad you like it. The hair was applied as thin rolls of plasteline and worked with a dental probe to create the strands. Rolls of copper wire were inserted here and there for the bands.
