Hi all! :)
This is my last work - 1st Lt.,2nd Regt.SC Rifles,1864
I'm pretty much satisfied. It came out quit simple but shows movement and expression.
As usual it is made from "Eberhard Faber" Pupen-Fimo.
And as usual I want to know what do you think about this mini.

Excellent figure, love the poise and balance that he has. He has that particular feel of a character from that period as well, something crucial to a 'good figure.'
Look forward to seeing more.

Evgeny, Very nice job, he looks like a Civil War officer. I also like that he does NOT have a sash, one of those extra things that make you stand out while in combat. His hat has a lot of personality also. THe only thing I would add is more material to the elbow of his frock. Sleeves tended to be more full in that part of the sleeve verses the 'tube" shape most sleeves have today.~Gary

Hi Evgeny, in addition to Gary's point about the sleeves I just wanted to say that the sword blade looks like it's longer than its scabbard, not sure if this is just the angles of the photos ;)

Otherwise the anatomy and pose look quite convincing (y)

Thanx to all!
Here is a illustration a used to create it.

2 garyjd: Yep, you'r absolutely right. Thanx!! I'll try to fix it...

2 Einion: I'd check it again - and everythink looks good for me. Propably it is a distortion of the photolens or wrong angle )

Thanx again for everybody!
Unfortunately, I'm not a good painter and at least will not paint this miniature for sure...(
