Does anyone know of a source for maps from Napoleonic Era in 54mm please?

Hey Ron, That is exactly what I need! I am staging a 54mm table by a figure of Napoleon and need some scale maps of the Waterloo Battlefield to put on the table. I would greatly appreciate if you would e-mail me a couple (3-4 different ones should do the trick) as I don't have any method to reduce them. I am a little limited as I recently moved and don't have my home office set up. It is a hassle to use the equipment here at work. Would appreciate it greatly!

All the Best, Terry

Terry there is a whole archive of battle and campaign maps on napoleon-series.org

I would send you the link but I am on iPad and the latest Apple fiasco of an upgrade has made it impossible to paste links into messages like this....erg!

The maps are organized by campaign.

The former link provides modern general geography maps while the latter are post battle re-creations (some in English or Russian!). At that scale, I think all you need is a more generic map sans writing. My question would be what did those period maps actually look like? I doubt that the were In color.

This image is taken from a book on Waterloo that I'm reading at the moment. It is a detail of the Waterloo area taken from the same map Napoleon apparently used the night before the battle - it's identified as a Ferraris and Capitaine map of 1797.

The quality is probably too bad for you to use but you maybe able to google a better one. Thought you may be interested for reference.
Cheers
