Meh. It's controversial to civilians, less so to collectors. The topic comes up on toy soldier forums from time to time, but the discussion usually ends with, "I collect what I like, you collect what you like, and collecting things depicting the Third Reich doesn't make you a Nazi yourself."

Now, the figures in the photos are in pretty good shape, as far as composition figures go. I imagine the collection will fetch a good price.

Prost!

...you're telling me. In that condition, these'll fetch a small fortune.

Are these Nazi-toys or toys depicting Nazis? For me they have the value of sawdust, resin and the metal frame but the bidders on these will have a different view and that`s ok with me. Collectors will usually collect their objects of interest and not think about starting trouble.
As a kid I played with soldiers from these companies (Hausser and Elastolin) inherited from my granddad depicting the Kaiser and soldiers from WWI and till today surprisingly I did not start a war ...
Cheers, Martin
