Need Refund From "military Modelling Magazine"

Sorry for my poor english, im not sure that my problem should be post in this category or not.

Now, We have some problem with the MM magazine. Some internet connection error during my payment for Magazine Subscription on May 2012, caused MM double charged to my credit card at 65 GPB in each.

We request to Refund since May 30 and they confirmed that i will received it in next 28 working day. We sent email to asked many times, they only said "We are again forwarding your email to our accounts department" until today we still not received my refund.

Aanyone pls recommend me What should i do to get my refund or How to solve this problem? :grumpy:
 
Im already checked to Bank (in that time) they said Refund must be issue by MM magazine and then i email to MM magazine, they replied me as below message;

Look like no any problem with my refund process but i don't understand, why we still not receive my refund after approx. 90Days of commitment ? I asked to MM periodically during 90 days, MM replied to me with message like this;

there is a telephone number shown in the email phone them and ask to speak to the department that deals with refunds probably easier than getting fobbed off in emails
 
CCL I just sent them an email to see what they thought about their brand getting this kind of exposure and I simply got the same kind of automated email response as well.
Good luck, I'm afraid you're obviously going to have some trouble with this lot.
 
Now, We called to Bank in TH and issued Credit card Complaint report that will be dealing with Military Modelling about this problem.
