need replacement shield

On my honeymoon I bought a Soldiers english knight 1st half of the 14th century s90-4 in Bath, Unfortunalty I just opened the box and no shield! What is the quickest way to repalce this? I don't know the name of the store in Bath where I bought the kit. and contacting Soldiers I head can be problematic to get responses. Any suggestions. BTW teh figure is 90mm.

If you can't get a hold of the retailer or Soldiers, I think this is a great opportunity to try out your scratch building skills.

That's what I was going to suggest, making a shield from putty is a great learning exercise and one can often do a better job than the kit part in terms of accuracy and scale thickness (real shields being much thinner than usually represented).
