Can anyone help with this? This is going to be a rather stylized sculpt (anime-style proportions; long legs and all).

But I feel the hip area needs some work. I can't really place a finger on what's wrong. Also the side profile doesn't look right.
Can anyone offer some insight as to what's wrong?

Hi sausage - I would say that being stylised, there is only you who can visualise the end result! Having said that, tho', I would try slimming down the thighs a bit and maybe adding a couple of mm on the waist to make the torso a fraction longer? Just a suggestion

cheers,

I agree with Steve's comments and would add that if you intend to add clothing, that inevitably adds depth and thickness to the body. This is why all the anatomically accurate plastic and resin nudes being sold don't work as sculpting armatures.

All the best,
Dan
i'm never to old to learn something new. I did not know that.
