New Personal Project Underway(?)

For some time now I've been wanting to create a sculpted piece of work depicting the 'Angel of Arnhem'; Kate Ter Horst. I've spent some time collecting as much reference material on the lady herself and now feel its time to put this project into production. I'd like it to be a large scale piece perhaps 120mm, as I plan to have at least four figures a larger scale would take me far too long to complete! If anyone has seen the film 'Theirs is the glory' then there is a scene where Kate plays herself reading a passage from a book to the wounded soldiers in her cellar, I'd like to replicate this scene but with some tasteful artists' license.
