Poor service I got from Ant

Hi there

I ordered from ant on the 30/10/07 and got no reply when I asked what was taking so long. I then ask CCnow or something like that ( the place I paid my money to) to have a refund. They said they would speak to Ant first, they also got no reply from Ant. I finally got my refund yesterday 30/12/07.

I won't be oredring from them again. I don't mind some things taking awhile but when you get no reponse that is just poor service.
