With these two pieces we complete the scene of the four famous prominent characters from Dumas's novel.
Athos includes two right hands to offer to the modeller the option to present him as an individual figure (the hand with the stick), or interacting with d'Artagnan, as we show in the photo of the pair.
A greeting

With the two new figures the vignette is complete.
It is the time for the novel of Alexandros Doumas to come alive at our showcase.
Well done to Angel Terol and Alex Cortina.
A big project to paint but it worth it.

Any chance we could see the composition of four pieces together? I am intrested especially in the ground bases. From what I see, I have a hard time to visualize that all four of them come along nicely together.

I love these two figures, when they were in solding I bought them. The sculpture and paint are beautifull, it's the perfect combination.

Great!!!

Very nice pieces. I initially thought D'Artagnan was standing strangely but it works when you realize he is supposed to be moving forward while drawing his sword. He looks like he will have to be carefully placed on the base to avoid looking off balance from the front too.

I agree. Careful planning, plus the addition of Athos trying to restrain him SHOULD work. I will be buying these for sure.

I have always been intrigued by the Musketeers and have in my collection two by Barton (painted in 1982) and a 54mm by Andrea.
However, I do not have a set of all four together.
I have to say though, that seeing these editions by A.Terol has me seriously considering an autumn project to paint all four and have a complete set in my collection.
I would consider a read of the book by Dumas to be essential to do proper justice to this project as these characters are Icons of historical fiction.
