Yeah, in the karma sense! Doesn't excuse it though if it is a rip/takeoff/copy. Given Andrea's propensity for doing stuff from illustrations and other 'reference material' though it could easily be based on something.

I wouldn't think Andrea would gripe or even mind this figure was created. This figure is vastly different in many areas the biggest being he has the full body and the scale is different. even if a trademark or intellectual property was impled it would never hold up. I am not an attorney but there are enough differences to make this a completley original sculpt. It's not like they are re-casting an andrea product and just slapping on a new head and a spear then calling it different. The only thing Andrea should be mad about is not making the figure themselves. If they were smart they would make speedy work of a Viking Fury figure before somebody beats them to it.

Mine arrived in the post today. Got an order update from the team at Scale75 on Monday 20th to say my order was shipped. 2 days later its here through the Royal Mail system. Cracking service from Scale75. The casting of the figure is realy good so anyone waiting for this figure will not be dissapointed.
