Less than two moths left for the WE and we would like to inform you about the latest news that you must have interest in:
1 .- The Contest Inscriptions are already open. At the moment there is already a large number of registered participants (we opened just 7 days ago!) We recommend you to pay online, so then you will any possible queues that could be generated, cos you will deliver directly the figures.
2 .- The Commercial Fair: Please, remember all those concerned that the inscription deadline ends May 20th.
3 .- Hotels: There are still places in Girona. We recommend going to the classic websites to find the hotels or at the same hotel directly to make reservations.
4 .- Registration for activities outside the WE: there will be two dinners on Saturday and Sunday; the inscriptions could be done in our website or in person. In both cases, the we will have limited places. In early June we will open the inscriptions. Visit our website often! We will also publish at the same time the post-WE Tours, three magnificent day trips, leaving from Girona, to Barcelona, Costa Brava and Garrotxa. More details on the website.
5 .- Volunteers: We remember you that you can participate actively in the WE and help in the organization. More info on the Web.
6 .- The workshops: At the end of the month, we will publish the schedule and we will open the inscription using a web form, to all the activities of the workshops. Just some of the activity, such as painting and sculpture workshops, will have inscription costs (and the inscription places will be limited). In the Speed painting and sculpting you will only pay the material. We strongly believe in this activity and we think can be a great success
7 .- Material: We encourage you to bring your brushes, paints, tools,… and actively participate in the WE. They also give you the opportunity to buy at prices very affordable kits already prepared with paintings and brushes to join the activities.
8 .- Merchandising: you can make pre-orders of the shirts, polos, mugs, wine and cava of the WE. What you can see everything on the web. It also will be available on the same page, the figure of Raul Garcia Latorre, Martin Canale and soon the MIG’s photo etchs. You will be able to pick and pay this material in the El Baluard’s stand during the WE
