It's a great figure, a bit smaller then I'm used to work with bust nice details on her.

I always start with a dark base color for the skin

Then highlights are added. I paint her with Andrea acrylics.
Shades are applied with a brown, green and red wash on several places.
Highlights was done by light flesh mixed with a drop of pure white.

Eyes are painted Egyptian style by fitting a mixture of eyliner, eye brows and eyeshadow.... I need to finish the eyes by placing a speck of white to give some life, and give them a gloss coat.

Old bandage stuff I will give strong washed shadows and than paint the highlights with a modulation of ivory white.
The bandages are a real pain in the rear for it's hard to avoid tpuching skin.

Much much more work ahead, but so far enjoying this one.

Feel free to comment,
Tips are appreciated :)

Hi there

That's a nice looking little bust is it 1/12th ?

Looking forward to seeing the bandages get done aside from that she's looking good so far

Interesting that you both use gloss varnish and a catchlight on the eyes

Are you going to lighten the fleshtones again?

Thanks for sharing

Thank you Nap.

She's 2 inch high about 54 mm .
I'm always using a bit of gloss to get watery eyes although it does works better on bigger bust.

The last highlights will be applied when she's almost done.
I think she doesn't need more highlights, but I can be mistaken.

The bandages on this scale are very time consuming, but i will survive... lol :)
