WIP Nuts Planet Shield Maiden.

Going for a verdaccio style base coat. This is the first time trying it on anything other than a practice head. She looks a little like an orc right now. This is going to be big test of trusting the process.

Worst case, it looks terrible and I have to strip it and start again. I am as intrigued as anybody else to see how it works out.

On my practice heads it worked out ok. It looks terrible right now and will look worse before it looks better.

I will be (hopefully) getting a bit more done on this tonight. Trying to decide if I like where the light and shadows fall.

Interesting, there is a solidity to the shade flesh tones already much more so than if done on a white base coat.

The green is indeed supposed to make the flesh tones more vibrant and natural looking when applied in several thin coats.
