Off the cuff question

The Pegaso 75mm Soldier of Christ has been around for a bit. Most of the pictures I've seen show him wearing a leather cassok(?) with black cloak. Have any of you seen one painted with a different coloured clothing by any chance? I'm just curious and trying to figure what I will do as Ianticipate my kits arrival.

If so the brown should be intended to be cloth, definitely not leather. Google is our friend, from their rulebook:

We command that all the brothers' habits should always be of one colour, that is white or black or brown. And we grant to all knight brothers in winter and in summer if possible, white cloaks...

Note: it represents the Rule given to the fledgling Knights of the Temple by the Council of Troyes, 1129, although "it must not be forgotten that the Order had been in existence for several years and had built up its own traditions and customs before Hugues de Payens' [sic] appearance at the Council of Troyes. To a considerable extent, then, the Primitive Rule is based upon existing practices." (Upton-Ward, p. 11)

Even if you choose to stick with brown, there is a fair amount of variation possible.

Yes it is the Pegaso one. I thought leather was odd, but to my eyes thats what it looked like. Thanks for the point in the right direction.
