Got this one from eBay a few weeks ago that Moz was selling. Elite miniatures 54mm in metal.
Painted in Acrylics and for the silver I used a Pilot super colour ink pen. This was used on the sword hilft, pouch box and the pickers on the pouch belt. I used a plastic lid so I could paint the silver with a brush. Pleased with the result.

Nice one Bob. I was on the El Greco sight yesterday and thought I saw this together with a Franco Prussian War French Dragoon trumpeter that had been re released. Might have to dip into the savings.

It's a great little figure, I have been after this for a while and as soon as I got it, FeR minis re release it.
Thank you for stopping by and the great comment.

Beautiful work and painting again Bob

Mobo

Nice job Bob.
Gordon

Very nice Bob! Makes me want to find a Victorian subject for my next project.

Mobo, Thank's, you're too kind with the coment.
Gordon, Many thanks Gordon, I will have to get another of these to convert to a 17th Lancer at Varna 1854

Windy, Thanks for the coment, Troop 54 do some very nice Victorian figures in the Victoria's Heros range and a nice 75mm Rifleman.
Thank you all for looking in.

Lovely as usual Bob! The silver worked out very well. Great figure.

Cheers,
Ken

Really a lovely little piece Bob.

Thank you both for commenting, it's a real beauty to paint and great detail.
As for the silver, I had seen some one use it for highlights but thought it is so smooth a finish I would try it
as a top coat.
Thank you again.

Lovely paintwork, Bob.........I particularly like what you've done with the lacework & the subtle highlights on the shell jacket.
I'm thinking about buying one of FeR's 17th Lancer Crimea figures, as the 17/21st were my local armoured Regiment when I was growing up in Nottinghamshire & I knew several local lads who joined the Death or Glory boys in the 1970s.

Lovely little figure Bob....very nice... Mike

Erik, thank you , with regards to the pen, all I did was undercoat in Black and then painted over the top with the silver.
