Hello everyone!
Here's a newly painted bust from "Legion Miniatures" on the much favored Napoleonic theme.
The bust was painted primarily with acryl.
Bust size 1 \ 10.
Many thanks to the experienced people for their advice regarding the painting!
Happy viewing!

One of the best painted busts I have ever seen, the flesh and textures on the clothing are sheer genius and overall the neatness and attention to detail beggers belief.

This guy has got the look of - "I dont want to fight - just want to smoke my pipe and think of my garden"

Wow. Outstanding painting and detail. I'll be using this as a reference for the detail on the piece I'm doing at the moment.

When this bust came out recently, I thought," Blimey, he looks ancient! " Then I took a quiet moment and remembered the photos of the veterans in uniforms done in the 2nd Empire. This one looks as if he's just come from the parade to welcome back The Emperor to Les Invalides in 1840, and it's a masterful lesson in achieving tone and texture.
