Hi all!

First of all I'd like to share with you these pictures of my last figure. It is an old 90mm model of late Roman cavalryman by Decima who, after some minor changes, became an infantryman.

It's a fun, even challenge to paint and to convert old models. If you want to sell old models of Roman legionaries that you will never paint, please drop me an e-mail.

Looking good Arkadi,

The chain mail and armor are well done and I like the sheild design you did on the front of the sheild. Was that done freehand? Hope to see more of your work. If you would like to set up a gallery, let gordy or myself know.

Thank you for the compliments. One of the minor changes I made in original model was the removing of the original shield.

This shield was made by me from the piece of plastic (according to the reference in "Ancient and Medieval Modeling") and it was painted in usual freehand technique.
