'Oranje!' Dutch football player

Hi Guys,

Every now and then I like to do something different then my olive drab, field grey things

For years I found this toy figure in my sons toybox which he wanted to disregard... As I found out, this was very close to 1/35 scale, sooo... Saved it from the trash!
It's not that accurate so changed his head and hands.

Being a Dutchman but not THAT interested in football (soccer for US friends ) but my wife is, I decided to paint this up as a Dutch player of the national Team in the better days As I found him a bit v. Persie lookalike so took him as a example.
Just for fun!

it looks great but nobody would do a toe kick in this position use the laces !!!
