Ordering from Beesputty.com

Hi,

Anyone has experience with ordering from Beesputty.com?
I decided to try this product for sculpting and ordered some week ago, received confirmation email, but no further progress. I send email to check the things out, but no response yet. On their site order is still pending.
Usually sellers ship in 2-3 days at most, so I wonder if there's a problem with this site?

I had the exact same issue when ordering, after many weeks I ended up requesting my money back from Paypal and only then was the item delivered. Looking around the internet there are a lot of other people with the same story.
Saying that it is a very nice product to use and I cannot fault it, just very difficult getting hold of it direct from manufacturer.

So it's not only me , I think I will go through Paypal to see how the things will turn out.
Still this is not good for his business, forcing customers going that way, even if the product is nice.

Don't suppose you've tried contacting him directly via Facebook?

I know that's not the usual approach but it's an option.

I send email yesterday asking politely for update of the order and if the product is in stock, and if not-refunding through Paypal and today received email that it will be shipped soon
Everything seems OK now.
