painting black uniforms

Hi guys,
I am painting a Panzer Officer bust and he's wearing a black panzer wrap.
How do I paint a black uniform.
I painted the bust Matt Black ( H33 ) and now for the highlights, how must I do that?

For base colour mix Humbrol 33 Black with Humbrol 61 Flesh. Ratio 65-35%.
Straight black or black with little flesh for the shadows.
For highlights just add more flesh to the base mix.

You could also try Sand or Hardened Leather, that sort of colour to highlight, with straight black for the shadows. You want the uniform to look very dark (as they appear in photos) so I would keep the highlighting subtle, even at 1/35 scale.
