Tjena Janne!

Hoppas att allt ar bra!

I am by far no expert at painting eyebrows, as matter of fact I am terrible at it, so I would love to hear others techniques on this.

But what I do, is paint them a brown color, and try to make the edge a little 'jagged' to simmulate the hair instead of a straight line, then I just add a lighter brown to act as highlights.

PS. Jag aker till Sverige nan gang i sommar, runt mitten av juni och stannar tills runt om kring mitten av juli, skulle vara kul att traffas, min pappa bor i Stockholm sa jag kommer att vara dar minst ett par veckor.

If it's a 1/35 or 54mm i don't bother to paint them. Just put a REALLY dark brown line under where the eyebrow would be, and it'll look like they're there. Painting em on a smaller figure can look funny..as i learned..the hardway.

Painting eyebrows can be tough unless you're looking for a Breznev (sp?) look.

The easiest thing to do I find is to use oils. If you look at an eyebrow there really only is hair above the eye. On the sides, it is basically a few wisps but no real definition.

I generally paint the entire face in oils and while the oils are still wet, I add small amounts of a dark color such as sepia (in very small quanitities) or burnt umber and blend into the surrounding flesh color. Usually one pass will do-at this point you're not looking to get the full color just a blend. Once dry go over lightly with the dark color again towards the center of the eyebrow leaving the edges blended.

Hope this helps.
