WIP Paratrooper, Arnhem, 1944

Hi guys,
just some pics of my latest painting efforts, a Reedees Miniatures 120mm resin kit of a Paratrooper, painted in enamels, as ever! Still awaiting metallics to be added and a dusting with crushed pastels to depict brick and general dust. Base is from the spares box, with extra texture fro Miliput and cork ballast.
Not my usual era in this scale, this has been done for a friend whose grandfather fought with the Parachute Regiment at Arnhem.

Many thanks for taking the time to comment, guys. For some reason, the photos have come out on the 'cold' side, the colours are a bit warmer in reality - hopefully I will get it right when i post the pics of the finished piece!
