Hi all, just begun this beauty as a commision. Still earliest days on the face, beard and hair still need lots of re-working to get the look I want. This figure is like a tummy button, everyone has one. There are a few more on my website and another 54mm figure I have begun, another bloody Templar!!!

Do not tell me this would be ready by next week

Keep it up man ... how come another white job ... its time you do a Teutonic know ;)

See you soon ... by the way how is the weather?

Ivan

Thanks all. This is going to be a long haul, I estimate 3 months as Im doing it as a tandem paintjob. As to the colours.....he's a Templar at the moment....Think red with white crosses Ivan. Hehe
Ivan, the weather for next week is not good. Rain all week, make a nice change from all that sunshine mate.

Btw Its an absolute nightmare getting pictures of that face!!

Hi Hardy

Its looking good mate, did you start painting the face outside the hood, or all inside the hood, you really have done well if it was done inside the hood.

And I do agree that face is very difficult to photograph

Keep the excellent work up mate, see you next weekend

Dave

Hi mate, all was painted inside the hood. When Im finished I hope to have him look like Alan Rickman in Robin Hood, so lots of hair to add.

Euro's next weekend!!!!! Man thats a great feelling, you going to the Clifton Friday night?

Wish I could, its usually a good atmosphere, money, work and family, I need to spend some of the weekend with them, so I will drive down both days, I hope to be there before 10.00 both days

Dave

Hey Hardy,
Even at 5.00am it looks good.

See you at Euro mate.

Regards Callum.

Howdy mate?

Great start on that beautiful face.........bring it along with you please, would like to see it.......

My courassier is ready, not stopping to shoot pics just yet..........moving on to the pilot, otherwise he'll board the plane half naked

See you on Friday and hopefully we'll all be able to join at the Clifton on Friday!!

Take Care,

Ray ;)

Thanks Ray, will see if I can squeeze him im in to the box mate. Looking forward to seeing that pilot finished. Im now in the process of painting all that hair, it amazing how it changes the figure. Hardy

BLEEDY hell Hardy that is awesome.

I had to go take the face from my kit to see just how small it was compared to your image. Fantastic job again.
