WOW! I think it's painfully clear that I'm not one to go in for the "full figure", but these things are BEAUTIFUL! What poses and expressions, simply fantastic.

We may whine about figure prices, but when you get the best the market can offer, I say it's worth the investment sometimes. I have to say we have to be in a bit of a figure "Renaisance" right now, in that we really have access to some of the most beautifully sculpted, and painted for that matter, figures ever seen. These are a testiment to that in my opinion. OK diatribe over!

I agree with you Jay. Some of the finest figures I have ever seen in the many many years I have been in this "wallet-draining" hobby. They just keep getting better and better each month.

When I saw Maurizio's new 75mm Napoleon I thought, this is the best...........then Victor Konnov comes out with the 90mm mounted Guan Yu.........WOW......how does one make the decision as to what to buy? Not many people can afford to buy them all.

my 2 cents

Couldn't agree with you more. I'm not saying buy them all, I just think the pleasure you get from painting just one of these could be worth the price. How impressive would one of those Guan Yu's be on a display table. Even if it was the only piece you displayed!

OOhhh boy... that's going to be a hard and money spending Christmas. For once again Pegaso proves why it's No1 in the figure manufacturing and releasing.

I have to agree completely with you Jay, and I should point out that these particular figures, which go anywhere from $55 to $70 USD aren't really all that expensive. This is precisely why my shelves are full of Pegaso 75mm figures. These are the best value for your figure dollar in my opinion.

I will confess to putting in an advance order for Marizio's new 75mm mounted Napoleonic, and that was before I found out how much it would cost. So imagine my satisfaction to see that Pegaso's website is listing it for 78 Euros (about $110 Canadian, A LOT more American, hee hee.... sorry was that out loud?).

This hobby may be expensive, but I will have to find the funds and shelf space for that Aztec. That is just unbelievable piece of sculpture, and the potential for colour choices are staggering.

Well what to say . These 2 characters are among my favorites for a miniature, and now they come in the right scale !!!! and from the right sculptors... I am starting to count the hours i will need to paint them !!!!!
