What is the best course of action to get replacement parts for pegaso figures. i ask because I tried once going directly through Pegaso but got no response.
This is making me some impression cause i know that Pegaso has a very good client service. PLease send an email to them and i am sure they will respond immidiately .
2-3 times i needed something they sended in a flashof time , and to many other modellers, the same .
I will agree with Costas on that one. I email a couple of times Pegaso models directly and they responde really fast. I also received my replacement parts quickly enough.
I echo Costas and Kisifer. I agree Pegaso pays great attention to customers. It took only a few days for me to get missing spurs of a knight figure and was good to see they sent 2 pairs of them. I also remember they sent to a friend all missing(more than 5)parts of Napoleon in Egypt kit though he bought it from somewhere else not Pegaso online store.
I will inform Luca Marchetti about your problem and i am sure he will contact to you asap.

I to am surprised because I have heard about their excellent customer service. I have to believe the error was on my part given the testimonial I will try again. BTW it was not my intention to insult Pegaso or Luca I was just trying to find other options.
We did not feel offended my friend,just tried to help you the important thing was to solve your problem and i think Luca has contacted you via email. I wish you problem will be solved soon and you will get more medals in IPMS Seattle.
