Hi everyone.

Just some images of my Pegaso RM Officer 1805.

I Love painting reds and this was a real pleasure.

He is quite ugly and I decided to go quite extreme with some of the highlights and shadows.

I wanted to go for an acrylic look.

Hope you like and any comments welcome.

It was a present for my father in law and he likes it :)

Happy painting.

Hope to post my Artillery Off soon.

Man, thats awesome!!

Some of the best oil painting Ive seen lately!

I bet he would be happy, Id marry off my daughter (if I had one) to get such a nice figure

Whats next on the bench?

Graham I will agree with Anders. That's some of the best oil painting I have ever seen so far. Amazing reds, and blues. The face is extemely nice too. Do you mind sharing your technique on your oil painting?

Graham,

That is a real beauty! I couldn't care less if it is oils or acrylics, that is just some very nice painting! I look forward to seeing what you have next on the bench.

I'm with Joe. Doesn't really matter to me one way or another what it's painted with. I just want to see a nicely painted figure and this definately falls into that category. Excellent work with the reds. What colors did you use to highlight and shade your red?

Thanks,
Jim Patrick

Excellent work all around. (y)

As a fellow oil painter, I would love to hear more of your technique.

Graham, It's easy to see you like reds. The figure is really nice. I'm sure your Father in law will love it.~Gary

Graham,
absolutely outstanding work! Your highlight and shadow are perfect. I really like the way you forced the contrast on this one. Being an oils guy myself, I really appreciate what you achieved here. Any bit of help on mixes for your reds, blues and flesh would be most appreciated! Good work!
