I really like all the small added details.
Do you have an more image of the scene in whole?
Only critic I would say so far, which isn't even a "real" critic, but only my personal taste. I would have approached the whole scene a bit more workshop-like.
It looks a but, as if he has his working table set up in his living room. On the other hand, maybe Master Gepetto was actually living in a combined livingroom/workshop setting? I fear, I don't remember exactly how it was discribed in the novel.
Anyway, what ever I say, you did a fine job with your scene!
