I always wanted this figure, (i never bought it) but I cannot paint it.
I understand you told us that it is a nervous breakdown.
I cannot affort that.
But, you did some o utstanding work on this one.

Great job on the tartan. The face and the redcoat is very well done. Overall a very clean detailed paintjob. I keep passing on this one everytime I'm in the shop... I've never done Tartan before, very scary.

Congrats!!! Excellent work on the tartan and I truly admire your courage in tackling this. Personally if it was me, I would need to visit a psychiatrist and optometrist at least a couple of times during the painting process:LOL:
 
Congratulations alesandro,you have done a lovely job on all the aspects and a very nice tartan as well,i painted this piece myself a couple of months ago and in nearly 25yrs of figure painting it was by far the most difficult piece i'd ever painted but it was also the most rewarding,well done (y)

you have done a very impressive paintjob!! Paint tartans is one of the hardest things for me and I really can understand your "nervous breakdown" with this. My respect!!
