Please note -- there are "Series 77" models currently being sold on eBay that are listed as "resin recasts." These are pirated copies. It's OK if you do it for yourself, but not for resale.

Yep

Actually, these are pretty nicely painted.

Do the photos look a little distorted to you?

Here's an explanation from the seller: "Let me be perfectly clear. The Union figure is an original Series 77 figure. When I built it, I wanted to do a Confederate version also, so I cast the second figure. I'm just throwing it in as an extra. ONLY THE CONFEDERATE FIGURE IS RESIN."

So it's a two-fer, according to the seller. Pretty fine line here, but it's probably OK as long as he doesn't crank them out.

Hi Pat Bird!! It is illness for many manufacturers, struggle against bad businessmen a greeting, in Russia and in others the countries this method a greeting, respect for the author in the bad way the insult - do not hesitate to speak about it.
Yours faithfully, at you fine figures!

Unfortunately thisis pretty common on ebay, which is one of the reasons I won't deal with them. Pretty much the only thing you can do is let legit customers know. I can also let the scumbag, I mean vendor know that you as the copyright holder are aware that this person is pirating your stuff. You might also contact ebay, but from my experience as long as they get their cut, they don't give a damn.
