Plea for help

Hello.
Does anyone know what is wrong with the Claydreams company? A few weeks back I ordered a piece "Shipbuilder" , the money has been taken however I haven't received any further info, not even an order confirmation. The site is unavailable and not single one of my mails has been answered ....

I know a friend who had to wait a while for a delivery from them. Keep chasing them.

That does seem a bit odd. Their Facebook page is still up so maybe send them a message via that.

I sent 28.9 and unanswered. I understand that there may be sick or have some personal problems, I just wanted to ask ....

So everything is in order, Clay Dreams Miniatures spoke, have problems with the Web server, contact email address works.
