Please ID RP Models Sun Tzu mystery part

Received my Sun Tzu bust and the 75 mm mounted figure from El Greco. There is a mystery part from the bust (the mounted figure has the same part too) that I am unable to identify. Please refer to the pictures. Thanks for your help! By the way always get great service from El Greco and great review from Nap.

I contacted Hugo of RP Models about the mystery part and is now solved. It is a rope part which connects the body to the quiver.
