I have been producing accessory parts for miniatures since 1987. As a matter of fact that's how I got my start. In all of that time, those parts/weapons/heads, were intended for personal use by the modeler. Never were these parts intended to be used in any production kit. I've always made that known and quite frankly should be common sense. Despite that, I occasionally see parts/weapons, in production kits. Please be aware that I have paid for those pieces or created them myself and but on a few occasions given anyone permission to use them for production in a kit or to be recast and sold seperately.
Individuals- Please do not reproduce any item from me for resale. It's very disconcerting to find someone else selling my products just becasue the can make a mold and think they can make a fast buck. It's also illegal and unethical.
Manufacturers- My products are intented for personal use and not to be used as a short cut so you don't have to make your own musket for a kit. I pay people to make these things so I don't have to. So should you. Also be aware that when you get a master from a sculptor and it includes resin parts there is a good chance they came from somewhere else. I encourage you to ask.
With respect gentlemen and ladies I am not looking for a debate or arguement so please don't take this to start a flame war. It's just my way of stating where I stand.
