Please, I want the name of the color or image in order to buy it and I do thank you :)

'Flat flesh' from which company? There are as many colors of 'flat flesh' as there are paint companies. The photo you provided of your project isn't as clear as the examples you provided; it seems to me that the plaid background has affected the way the camera is reading the shot. The examples were probably shot under much different lighting and conditions. That being said, 'flat flesh' is just a starting point. It's very likely that the one you're trying to match is actually several colors blended or layered to produce the color you see. For the most part, women's 'flesh' color is somewhat lighter than is a man's and is usually painted with a pinkish tone (depending on the painter) to emphasize this. I'd try mixing a drop or two of red with the base color and then lighten with white or a 'pale flesh' to obtain the color that suits you. Another way would be to add a drop of red to 'pale flesh' (pick a company) until you have what you want.

Painting skin tones is one of the most exasperating, frustrating parts of the hobby - but done right they breathe life into the figure.

Good luck!

I don't know what colour is, but you can decomposed the color with photoshop, who give you percentajes of the primal colours that formthe flesh. This tool is in all the photoshop versions, and there is people who use it to paint. I paint with Vallejo colours, and if i had to paint this girl, my begining was brown sand with pink. Lights whith one flesh colour that i don't remember the name. It's white with a few of pink. Clear flesh, or something similar, and the highlights with white or bone. For shadows the same brown sand, perhaps a little of red brown for the deeper...
