Plymouth Model Show 2024

Towards the end of 2022 we were informed that the Plymouth Guildhall would be unavailable in June 2023 due to Council refurbishments, which are currently still under way.

We searched for suitable venues from the end of 2022, and eventually came across the current location around March 2023. Unfortunately, by that time we had run out of time to send out invites and to fully organise the Show.

We now have an excellent hall at the John Kitto Centre (YMCA), and the Model Show will be held on Sunday 30th June 2024. The Centre has a large car park, and additional parking will be available at the school across the road.

If you wish to exhibit or are a Trader (trader tables are free), please contact the organiser (Ken Cork: E-mail: [email protected] ) to check table availability and other terms.

We will not be having any competitions this year, but there will be a trophy for the Best Club Display.

For those who might be interested, the show is on the day after the ‘Plymouth Armed Forces Day’, which is always held on the last Saturday of June (Covid lockdowns excluded).
