I was hoping someone else would bring this up but just to mention the little issue of copyright, which for anyone who doesn't know does automatically attach.

The hobby has already seen a few models taken wholesale from concept artwork and it's not a trend I'd personally like to see continue, unless they enter into a cooperative agreement with the artist of course.

I guess you could make this yourself by converting Latorre's recent figure of Spartacus (from the TV series). Haven't got a picture here though....
That would make two copyrights violations, but one cool figure!
