Problems Ordering From Pegaso - Can Anyone Help??

Merry Christmas to everyone and thanks for reading this post!!

I am trying to order three figures from Pegaso. When I place the order they say my membership did not activate and to send them my email address (hitting the required button below the address to send it to them). I have done so multiple times with no information returned re: activation. I have even tried to open a new account with my wife's email address to no avail.

How do I contact them and get this resolved and are others having any similar problems with their orders?

I have no issues with ordering through Pegaso Models website. From what you are saying it sounds like you are using "Retailers" link to order instead of "Modelers". You shall use "Retailers" only when you are running a business, but your account has to be activated first.
 
I think you may be right Miro, I may have to order from a dealer and take the mark up. I emailed Pegaso about the problem and have heard nothing back so I will wait until after the holidays and see what happens. They may be closed for the holiday.
