They are very different in properties, Procreate is 100% opaque, waxy and nearly identical to "green stuff" just a different colour.

Where as Magic Sculpt is more on the clayie grainy side (with a level of opacity)

The STICK putty is meant for armature really to act as a base on which to build up with another putty afterwards. It dries in a few minutes so you cannot really sculpt with it.
