I wanted to make everyone aware that the new vBench system doesn't work well with people posting for other people.
Previously, members were helping other members by posting images for their vBench, Painting Forum or Sculpting Form. This is acceptable since it allowed people with language barriers or not technologically secure to post their own images/works. The new vBench system will place the work of others under the person who actually made the post. This cannot be undone unless the database is manually altered (no easy task)
Going forward each vBench member will need to post their own work so it appears under their name when the link is clicked otherwise it will appear under whoever posted for you!
I understand that a good many might have technological or language barriers so I am beginning two initiatives:
1) A series of technological how-tos
2) I want to enlist people speaking multiple languages to liaison with members where english is not their primary language
I'll be creating a signup thread for those wanting to help with languages
