Take it you mean the Kirin Prussian Dragoon Officer sculpted by Derek Hansen?
Try looking on eBay - Jeff Shiu in Hong Kong has one for auction at the moment, & wingpro886 (also in HK) has one on Buy It Now. Have dealt with both before, & would recommend them.
