Question about Pegaso Models new website.

Good Day everyone,
Was wondering if anyone had ordered anything from the new Pegaso world website and if so have you had any problems. It's been over a week since I placed an order and the website says my order is still being processed. Was just curious whether there were problems. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

The new site has problems. I made three orders in rapid succession but only one shows up under my orders on my profile. I emailed them and they assured me all three orders were received. I did not get an email confirmation for any of them other than the PayPal receipt. I just got an email saying the one order has shipped although I’m not sure if the other two are included in that. That took about a week. I’m assuming they’re flooded with orders with the sale going.

Yes I ordered through them using PayPal about a week ago and got a confirmation email saying they got my order. Don't know if they send you a "we have sent your order email" like some others do.

My order was placed on the website a few minutes after the paypal link appeared on October the 4th. There was a confusion initially but it worked.
It was shipped *free* yesterday by DHL and will land in Canada in 2 days... Can't ask for a better service !

They have said in the past couple of days that shipping is taking them longer as they had way more orders than expected.

Best bet would be to email them to double check on you order status.

To answer my last comment, they just sent me a email telling me my order had shipped and gave me tracking number as well

If ship by DHL you may have to pay brokerage fee and custom duty.
