Question on Andrea Stormtrooper figure piece

I got andreas stormtrooper figure and it sure is nice, but i am having trouble finding where this pisce goes:

does anyone have an image showing its placement? Its the part next to the helmet chin strap.

Is it the strap fr the rifle perhaps ?

I have seen this, i couldnt make out where it was on the figure

ok i got it sussed out, it goes form the rifle but to a slot just under the left arm pit, very easy to miss!
Ill post a pic later tonight

in case any one else is trying to figure out what to do with the strap here you go:

make sure to attach it before you put on the right arm or your going to have a hard time
